The proposed review
What makes a plan clearer?
AXIOM is the assessment system I’m designing for ATLAS. It will bring together legal requirements and professional assessment criteria to evaluate EHCP quality from three angles.
What’s missing?
Look for gaps in the plan and questions that need more evidence.
What’s too vague?
Check whether needs are described clearly and whether the plan says who provides support, how often and for how long.
What doesn’t line up?
Compare needs, outcomes and provision to find inconsistencies or weak links between sections.
Use the findings to decide what to clarify or discuss with a professional. The review cannot determine legal compliance or replace professional judgement.
