EHC Needs Assessment£749
One service taking you from identifying the evidence needed to preparing your EHC needs assessment request.
- Evidence identification and gathering strategy. I review the information you have, identify gaps and set out what further evidence to gather.
- Request and evidence pack. Once you supply the evidence, I complete the request form and organise the supporting documents.
The £749 fee covers both stages. Includes 60-minute onboarding, a 30-minute closing debrief and one revision.
Annual Review Support£949
Includes a 30-minute preparation call, virtual attendance at one annual review meeting, a written meeting record, recommended outcomes and an action list. A 30-minute closing debrief and one revision are included.
Written representations on a proposed EHCP, document submission and later liaison are separate services.
Parental Representations£749
For parents responding to a proposed EHCP while the response window is open. I review the plan and evidence you provide, prepare a response letter and propose wording for the plan. You submit the documents.
Includes 60-minute onboarding, a 30-minute closing debrief and one revision. Subsequent negotiations and ongoing liaison are separate.
EHCP Review and Rewrite£1,249
A brief written review of weaknesses in the existing plan and a full rewrite of Sections B, E and F using the latest professional documents you supply.
Supply all required professional evidence before work starts. Includes 60-minute onboarding, a 30-minute closing debrief and one revision. Local authority acceptance and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Placement Strategy£649
I explain the placement procedures that apply to your situation, prepare a written strategy and draft letters requesting placement consultations or a change of placement where appropriate.
Includes 30-minute onboarding, a 30-minute closing debrief and one revision. You identify the settings and submit the documents. School searches, visits and ongoing correspondence are outside the package.
Placement Strategy and Comparison£795
Includes the Placement Strategy package plus a brief comparison of up to three settings you identify, based on your child’s needs and the information you supply.
Includes 30-minute onboarding, a 30-minute closing debrief and one revision. You identify the settings and submit the documents. School searches, visits and ongoing correspondence are outside the package.
Appeal, Mediation or Complaint Support£999
Choose one route. I explain the process and prepare one relevant form or bespoke letter.
Includes a 30-minute onboarding discussion, attendance at one virtual meeting with the school or local authority for up to 60 minutes, a meeting record, next steps, a 30-minute closing debrief and one revision.
Tribunal hearing attendance, subsequent negotiations and ongoing correspondence are outside the package.
Complaint Writing Only£499
I draft a bespoke complaint letter from the circumstances and evidence you provide. You submit the letter.
Includes 30-minute onboarding, one revision and a 30-minute closing debrief. Meeting attendance and ongoing correspondence are separate. This service covers complaints across NHS services, local authorities, schools and trusts, including concerns about delivery of Section F provision.

What time to talk is included?
A free 15-minute enquiry is available. Each package lists its included calls on the services and fees page. Additional calls are £120 per hour and additional document work is £125 per hour.
What does annual review support include?
The £949 package includes annual review attendance, a meeting record and strategy. We agree the scope before work begins.
Can you help me respond to a proposed EHCP?
Yes. Parental Representations are £749 for parents responding once a proposed EHCP has been issued and the response window remains open. I review the proposed plan and supplied evidence and draft your representations.
Will you find or visit schools for us?
No. The £649 Placement Strategy package provides a tailored explanation of placement procedures, a written strategy and bespoke letters requesting placement consultations or a change of placement, as appropriate. It does not include school searches or visits and cannot guarantee a placement. The £795 Placement Strategy and Comparison package adds a brief comparison of up to three parent-identified settings.
Which sections does the EHCP Review and Rewrite package cover?
The £1,249 package covers Sections B, E and F. A health sections add-on is £199, a social care sections add-on is £199, or both together are £349.
Can you help with mediation or a school complaint?
Appeal, Mediation or Complaint Support is £999. Complaint Writing Only is £499 and covers complaints across NHS services, local authorities, schools and trusts, including concerns about delivery of Section F provision.
Can you guarantee a particular outcome?
No. My role is to help you understand your evidence, identify gaps and communicate your child’s needs clearly. Decisions remain with the relevant decision-maker.
